WARRANTY: 30 days, parts and labor; 90 days defective parts

• All returns must be authorized by Arborjet prior to return shipment.
• All returns for replacement, credit or refund MUST be accompanied by the original Arborjet invoice.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns for refund for non-defective goods.
• Unless otherwise warranted, all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• There are no returns on liquid injectable products.
• Credit for returned merchandise will not be applied until merchandise has been received by Arborjet.

To Return an Arborjet Product:

• Locate original Arborjet invoice.
• Contact Arborjet for authorization to return item for replacement, credit or refund.
• Upon return authorization, package item appropriately, including a copy of the original invoice and ship prepaid to:
